250    g    Peas
250    g    Baby corn
300    g    Carrot
300    g    Cauliflower
250    g    Shrimp
300    g    Squid
1    Tbsp    Minced garlic
1    tsp    Sugar
2    tsp    Soy sauce
1    Tbsp    Oyster sauce
1    ts    Fish sauce


how to cook

1. Prepare the  pan , pour cooking oil , and put garlic

2. Put shrimp and squid into the pan and stir-fry with all vegetables

3. Pour  sugar , oyster sauce , fish sauce and soy sauce and stir-fry again

4. Pour the food on the dish and ready to serve
