150 g Snapper meat
1 Onion
1 cup Bell pepper
1 Scallion
1 Tbsp Minced garlic
1-2 Pepper
½ Tbsp Black pepper
1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Sugar
1. Deep-fry snapper in a pan
2. Fried the garlic
3. Stir-fry onions , bell pepper and peppers together
4. Pour oyster sauce , sugar and pepper into pan
5. Put the squid and mix well. Finally , pour on dish and ready to serve
