400 g Minced pork
10-15 Red chili
10 Small tomato
5-10 Shallot
1 Tbsp Minced garlic
½ Tbsp Shrimp paste
500 g Coriander
¼ tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Sugar
1.Put chili , red onions and garlic pounded together thoroughly
2. Put shrimp paste and pound together again
3. Pour cooking oil into the pan , stir-fry curry sauce and pork over medium heat and stir until mixed
4. Season with salt and sugar , stir well , then pour the dish and topping with coriander
