Sticky rice and Thai custard with Golden threads egg


2    Duck eggs
3    cups    Coconut milk
15    g    Flour
2    Tbsp    Sugar
¼    tsp    Salt
3    Fresh    pandan leaves

how to cook

1. Cracked duck eggs into the bowl and add sugar. Then  put the pandan leaves and stir to melt

2. Mix flour and coconut milk and mix well

3. Steam it in a pot for about 40-45 minutes

4. Serve with sticky rice and topping with golden theads egg
