100 g Crab meat
2 Eggs
2 tsp Sliced carrots
1 Sliced onion
1 Tbsp Sliced scallion
½ Tbsp Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Soy sauce
1. Pour cooking oil in the pan
2. Put in sliced onions and stir-fry with crab meat
3. Cracked an egg into the pan and ripen then put soy sauce , oyster sauce and sugar stir until mixed
4. Pour rice and stir-fry together
5. Put sliced scallion and stir until mixed again
