Fried Rice with Crispy Gouramy Fish


1    Dried salty fish 
1    Egg
5    Red chilies
1    Tbsp    Minced garlic
1    tsp    Fish sauce
1    tsp    Soy sauce
1    tsp    Sugar
2    Tbsp    Cooking oil

how to cook

1. Put the garlic and red pepper together

2. Pour cooking oil in a pan and use medium heat

3. Deep-fry the fish in a pan and cut only the meat

4. Add rice into  stir-fry with fish sauce , sugar , soy sauce and stir-fry together

5. Scoop the fried rice into the dish and serve with fried salty fish
