Thai Spicy Shrimp Paste Fried Rice


1    cup    Shrimp paste sauce
1    each    Salted egg
1    cup    Sliced pork
1    Tbsp    Garlic
1    Tbsp    Chili
1    Tbsp    Coriander
1    Tbsp    Soy sauce
4    Tbsp    Palm sugar
1    cup    water

how to cook

1. Prepare the pan , use medium heat , put coconut sugar , red onion and water into it and stir well

2. Add pork slices , soy sauce and salt

3. Put the garlic and add 2-3 tbsp of rice and chili sauce , stir well.

4. Garnish with coriander and cucumber
